Congratulations to Blaze, Nellie, and Tessa on their new working titles!
Blaze starts the day off nicely as the first dog in the running order. As always, her focus and intensity are only matched by her enthusiasm.
She made the series look easy.
Nellie is the fifth dog to run and
the first to pin both pheasants in this early morning double. Her
striking appearance and style caught a lot of attention.

Tessa
easily hunted up her marks; showing off her skills as an experienced
hunting dog. Tessa was by far the happiest dog participating. Coming
off of maternity leave and her years in motherhood, this is the first year
available for her in this annual event. Tessa made the most of
it.
